Airdesk is flexible and customisable to suit your needs. To get the most out of our service get started with our monthly Helpdesk Plan.
Helpdesk and RMM

Our monthly Helpdesk Plan can be tailored to suit your needs. Integrating Airdesk through Microsoft Teams and our RMM tools, we are accessible and connected to your staff from 9am-5pm, 5 days a week.

Remote technical support

Airdesk was built on providing remote support. Using our RMM tools we can access your computers and network, sort out the issue and get you back up and running without disrupting your day.

Onsite technical support

When it can't be done remotely we'll come to you. Our onsite servicing takes care of hardware issues, software installation, cabling, cleaning, server maintenance, printer setup and network support.

Helpdesk Plans require Airdesk to provide and administer your Microsoft Office 365 and Teams envinronment.

Add-ons such as extra email, RMM tools and anti-virus licences are available and tailored to suit your business needs.

Integrated Helpdesk is available to Helpdesk Plan users from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Onsite support is charged at $160 for the first full hour and $40 per 15 minute block thereafter.
